Returns

-We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a Exchange.
-Goods sold on Sale will not be Exchange, how ever if the product is defected we will surely consider for Exchange.
-Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
-Goods bought from outlet will be retuned at outlet only and orders bought from website will be returned at our head office. Online orders returns will not be entertained at our outlets.
-Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our HEADOFFICE address.
-All returns should be sent to 31e , sector 15 , korangi industrial area , Karachi , Pakistan.
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or exchanged.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded or exchanged.
-Refund requests will be processed within 10-12 Business days after receiving the returned products.

Refunds & Exchange

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email / sms OR call you to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
-Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
-If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will get the refund through Easy Paisa , Bank Transfer or Western Union. Please note that it might take up to 10-12 Business days for refund completion because of approvals from accounts departments , banks and other formalities. 
-Incase of exchange we will send you fresh product and we will make sure it is as per your requirements.You will have to pay delivery charges. 
-Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
