How to place an order?
You can order through two channels:
- Website
- Social Media (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp)
Website:
- Select Product
- Click ‘Add to Cart’
- Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
- Fill in Contact Information and click ‘Continue to Shipping Method’
- Click ‘Payment Method’
- Select Payment Option:
- Click ‘Complete Order’
Social Media (Within Pakistan Only):
Send us your following details on Facebook Inbox, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp at 0337-7254839:
- Name
- Number
- Full Address
- Design Number
Note: Please read the product description carefully before ordering. Orders placed on Social Media or WhatsApp are subject to availability.
International Customers can place orders on the website only and must select the “Debit/Credit or PayPal Option” during checkout.
What are your delivery charges?
Within Pakistan:
- Rs. 150 for up to 2 dresses
- FREE for 3 dresses or more
Outside Pakistan:
- Charges vary by country and parcel weight. Check the table for international rates.
How many days will it take to deliver?
Within Pakistan:
- 4-5 working days
Outside Pakistan:
- 8-12 working days
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. For international delivery, order on the website and pay through debit/credit card. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Check the delivery charges here:
Where are your stores?
We don't have our own stores at the moment. You can purchase our articles from our website or multi-brand stores. (See attached stores list)
Do you provide customized stitching?
We do not provide customized stitching. We offer standard stitched sizes: Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large.
How we can cancel or track our order?
Call our helpline at 0304-1111-210. Our customer support will guide you based on your order status.

Please show original/open picture of the dress?
We don’t have open pictures. Dresses are 100% original, same as shown in the model pic. If you are not satisfied after purchasing, you can easily exchange or return it.
How can we return or exchange?
- Fill the “return and exchange” card included with the parcel.
- Send it to the address on the card using any traceable courier (e.g., TCS, Leopard).

Why do Salitex sometimes keep on hold or cancel international orders?
All orders are important. Only unpaid international orders are not processed. It is mandatory for international customers to pay through debit/credit card at checkout.
What is your complain number?
Our complaint number is 0333-6161284. WhatsApp your issue with Order ID so we can resolve it as soon as possible.
What are your store timings?
Store timings are 10 AM to 10 PM.
